Perfectly sweet teriyaki sauce to use in your favorite stir-fry recipes.
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed Tight
3 Tablespoons Sugar, Granulated
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
2 Teaspoons Rice Vinegar or White Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
3 Tablespoons Water
1. With a fork, whisk all ingredients in small bowl, except cornstarch
2. whisk until well blended, the mixture will be grainy.
3. Then mix in the cornstarch until well blended
4. Perfect for your stir-fry beef or chicken recipes.
NOTE: This will thicken as it comes to a boil. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Serving Suggestions: Add a few shakes of crushed red pepper to give this recipe a little kick.
