This recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and savory.
1/4 cup chicken broth, low sodium
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 each juice of lime or 2 tablespoons of lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour into large zip lock baggie and add 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Message to coat.
2. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours no more than 24 hours
4. Grill, bake or broil chicken accordingly until inside Chicken reaches a temp. of 165 degrees.
