2 slices Rye bread
2 ounces Thousand island salad dressing
1/4 cup sauerkraut
2 slices swiss cheese
4 – 8 thin slices Corned Beef
1. Toast Bread in toaster and spread Thousand Island Dressing on each slice.
2. On a microwave safe plate pile corned beef. Top with sauerkraut and then top with cheese.
3. Microwave on high 1 – 1:15 minutes until cheese is melted.
4. Then transfer on top of prepared bread covering with second slice of rye.
