This sweet marinade compliments chicken and seafood perfectly.
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons orange zest, finely grated
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Sea salt, ground
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
3 each green onion, chopped diagonally
1. Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until well blended.
2. For chicken: Place chicken in airtight container and refrigerate at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
3. For fish: Place fish in airtight container and refrigerate at least 1 hour no more than 4 hours.
5. * NOTE: Garnish with fresh green onion or to add a little spice add an 1/8 of a teaspoon crushed red pepper.
