Spicy Wine Marinade
This marinade is perfectly balanced, full of flavor with a little kick to spice up your chicken or fish recipes.
YIELDS: 1 cup (up to 4 chicken breasts)
1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup White Cooking Wine
1 Teaspoon Thyme, Dried
1/4 Teaspoon Red Cayenne Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper, Optional
1. In a small mixing bowl whisk all ingredients together.
2. Add chicken and marinade in large zip lock bag, or tight closing plastic container (up to 4 breasts) and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but not more than 24 hours.
5. Remove and cook according to your desired recipe – perfect for stovetop, oven, or grill.
