This sweet twist on coleslaw adds radishes, red onion and candied nuts topped with a Raspberry Walnut dressing. A great new dish to add to your summer BBQ’s.
3 Cups Cabbage, shaved thin
1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced thin
1/4 Cup Radishes, washed, cut in half and sliced thin
1/4 Cup Paul Newman’s Raspberry and Walnut Dressing
2 Tablespoons Your Favorite Nuts or Seeds (i Used a Maple Glazed Pecan Pieces, Dates & Apples Mixture)
Salt and Pepper to Taste, However It Really Doesn’t Need Anything Extra.
1. In medium size bowl add all ingredients.
2. Toss until mixed well (salad with shrink down)
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Can store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
