The horseradish mayonnaise on this sandwich is the queen of the show and the Roast Beef and provolone are the perfect cooling companions. Try your hand at making some Bread and Butter Refrigerator pickles and check out this recipe. (shown above in picture)
1 each 6″ Hoagie
2 Tablespoon Horseradish Mayonnaise Spread
6 Slices Roast Beef
3 Slices Provolone Cheese
5 Slices Tomato, cut thin, optional
4 Large Pieces of Lettuce, optional
1 Slice Onion, optional
Salt and Pepper to Taste, Optional
1. Spread horseradish mayonnaise on bread of your choice.
2. Add provolone and roast beef to bottom side and if you opt in add tomatoes, onions and lettuce to top side.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Cut and Enjoy.
For Tea Sandwiches: Remove crust from your favorite bread, make as instruction in steps 1 & 2 eliminating tomato, lettuce and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, optional. Cut in quarters making triangles or squares. Enjoy
