For Tea Sandwiches: Slice crust off bread and slather a layer of spread on each side. Thinly slice up a cucumber, peeled or unpeeled your choice. On one side overlap a thin layer of cucumbers. Top with other slice and cut sandwich into quarters making triangles or square for little sandwiches. Top with a chunk of cucumber stabbed with a toothpick.
