This sauce is sweet and spicy and is perfect to pour over your chicken wings. Can be used as a dip or try it on deep fried or baked chicken.
3/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Each Lemon, juice of or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat add all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 min. or until mixture is thick like syrup
NOTE: Sauce will thicken once it cools slightly, do not wait for it to thicken while simmering, Do watch this sauce while simmering. If not on low simmer it can boil over, if so reduce heat more or try a diffuser, if gas stovetop
Whisking often will help it not to boil over.
