1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning Mix
Mix ingredients in a small bowl.
Add to a ziplock baggie add meat of your choice and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an 1 hour.
Or drizzle on top of some large chopped vegetables before roasting or sauteing. Let rest 15 minutes prior to cooking.
