Quick easy cocktail sauce. This ketchup based sauce is super easy for your “Superbowl” kick-off shrimp platters!
YIELDS: 1 cup Cocktail Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup, Low Sodium
1 Tablespoon Horseradish, Jarred, drained of juice
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, or Juice From 1/2 Lemon, pits removed
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
In a small serving cup combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve.
**If you like yours with a little more bit add more horseradish.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours up to 48 hours.
